LaRueClassics.com Gallery Submission Policy and Release

By submitting my information and photographs to LaRueClassics.com, I hereby give LaRue Insurance, Inc. my unconditional and irrevocable permission to use, and publish any and all information and images of my collector vehicle, which I supply with this form. I hereby waive all rights to compensation for these photographs regardless of how they are displayed.

I guarantee and warrant to LaRueClassics.com and LaRue Insurance, Inc. that the vehicle described in this submission form is my property or that if jointly owned, I have the right to submit the attached information and photographs for publication.

I release LaRueClassics.com and LaRue Insurance, Inc. from all legal claims that may come about as a result of the publishing of the photos I submit. I hereby state that I am not bound by contract to any other organization or photographer and fully understand and comply with the way my photographs will be utilized. I also state that the images I am submitting are not protected by copyright (©), trademark (®), or other similar laws.

I guarantee and warrant to LaRueClassics.com and LaRue Insurance, Inc. that the submitted material does not contain false and/or defamatory content.

I grant to LaRueClassics.com and LaRue Insurance, Inc. the right to edit and/or modify my material in any manner necessary in order to have the material comply with the formatting or publication needs of LaRueClassics.com including the generation of cropped or thumbnail images. I waive any right to inspect or approve the manner in which my photographs or accompanying material may be edited or altered for final appearance in any form.

LaRueClassics.com and LaRue Insurance, Inc. do not guarantee, warrant, or imply in any manner that any material submitted will be displayed or published or the term or duration that any material may be displayed or published.

I am at least 18 years of age and am legally, mentally and otherwise fully competent to enter into this contract in my own name. I have read this photograph release form and fully understand and agree to its contents. I have not been induced or coerced in any way into consenting to this release other than with the promises and representations made within.

If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, please do not submit your photographs.
